In today’s episode we will make 4 different healthy and quick rice recipes. Here we go.. Do not forget to like, comment, share and subscribe.  Ingredients: For Corn Fried Rice: • 1 tsp Oil • 1/2 tsp chopped Garlic • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion • 1 cup Corn • 1 tbsp chopped Carrot • 1/4 cup finely chopped Cabbage (Optional) • 1 tbsp chopped Spinach • 1 tsp Soya sauce • 1/4 tsp Chili sauce • 1/4 tsp Black pepper • Salt to taste • 2 cups Boiled rice For Paneer Tawa Pulao: • 1 tsp Oil • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Green capsicum • 1/4 cup Green peas • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Tomato • 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder • 125 gm Paneer • Sal to taste • 1 tbsp Chopped Spinach • 1 tsp Lemon juice • 2 cups Boiled Rice • Finely chopped Coriander leaves For Green Peas Pulao: • 1 tsp Oil • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds • Bay leaves • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste • A piece of Green chili • 1/2 cup Green peas • 1 tsp Chopped Carrot • 1/2 tsp Biryani Masala • 2 cups Boiled rice • Salt to taste For Egg Fried Rice: • 1 tsp Oil • 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onion • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Green capsicum • 1/2 cup Chopped Cabbage • 1 tsp Soya sauce • 1/4 tsp Black pepper • 1/4 tsp Chili sauce • 2 Eggs • A pinch black pepper • Salt to taste • 1 cup Boiled rice  Method: For Corn Fried Rice: • Heat up oil in a pan.  • Add garlic and fry for about a it a little.  • Add onion, corn and carrot. You can add red capsicum or tomato    instead of carrot.  • While adding tomato, add it when corn is almost cooked.  • Fry for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat until corn are cooked.  • Add cabbage. You can skip cabbage if you don’t like it.   • Add chopped spinach. Mix well.  • Add soya sauce, chili sauce. You can adjust the chili sauce according to your kids’ taste.  • You also can add ketch up instead of chili sauce.  • Add black pepper and salt. Mix well.  • Add boiled rice and mix well.  • Fry the rice on high heat for about 4-5 minutes.  • Corn fried rice is already.  For Paneer Tawa Pulao: • Heat up oil in a pan.  • Add onion and fry it for about a minute.  • When onion turns soft, add ginger garlic paste and fry for about a    minute.  • Add capsicum and mix well.  • Add green peas and mix well.  • Add tomato, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, red chili powder.  • You can adjust the chili powder according to your kids’ taste.  • Mix well and fry for about a minute.  • Cut paneer into small pieces and add.  • Add salt to taste and mix well.  • Cook paneer for about 4-5 minutes.  • Add 1 tbsp chopped spinach and mix well.  • Add lemon juice and mix well.  • Add boiled rice and mix well.  • Turn off gas and add finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.  • Paneer tawa pulao is already. For Paneer Tawa Pulao: • Heat up oil in a pan.  • Add cumin seeds and bay leaves.  • Add onion and fry a little.   • When onion turns a little soft, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry    for about a minute.  • Add green chili, green peas and carrot. Mix well.  • Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until peas    are cooked well.  • Add biryani masala and mix well.  • Add boiled rice, salt to taste and mix well.  • Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.  • Green peas pulao is already.  • Remove the green chili and bay leaves while serving or packing    for kids’ tiffin.  For Egg Fried Rice: • Heat up oil in a pan.  • Add chopped garlic and fry for just about 30 seconds.  • Add onion and fry for just about 30 seconds.  • Add green capsicum and cabbage. Fry for just about a minute.  • Add soya sauce, black pepper, chili sauce.  • You can add tomato ketch up or tomato sauce instead of chili    sauce. • Fry for about a minute. Move the veggies aside in the pan.  • Break 2 eggs on the pan.  • Add black pepper and salt in the eggs.
